If you bank with Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank or VodaPay, please download the relevant MasterPass banking app to activate payment process via QR Code Payment.

If you bank with FNB or Capitec, scan the QR code with the built in QR scan to pay function and Scan and pay with your mobile phone. On exit, just insert your ticket as normal and the boom will open.

You can also download the Admyt app before you visit us, load your car and payment details when registering, and the boom will automatically open on entry (no ticket required). You will receive your invoice electronically post your visit. When you are ready to leave the centre, proceed to the boom, which will open automatically. Your loaded card or prepaid account will be debited via the app.

A: Cash and credit card payments can still be made at any pay station in-centre. For your safety, these units are disinfected frequently, and hand sanitisers are available at all entrances and exits, where touchless intercoms are not available.

A: Most of the entry and exit booms are manned by friendly parking staff who are there to assist you. Alternatively, press the Help button with the telephone icon on it for assistance in case there is no touchless button. For your safety, these units are disinfected frequently. A: Sandton City Shopping Centre offers 20 minutes to drop and go. You do not need to insert your ticket into the pay station for validation within this time limit.
