In light of the COVID-19 pandemic impacting South Africa that lead to a national lockdown, Sandton City has donated funds to the #Hope4Alex initiative, launched by Rays of Hope, that will provide hampers of non-perishable food, basic medicines, toiletries, sanitizers and health products to the most vulnerable families in Alexandra.
Over 9,500 food hampers delivered to date in support of over 60,000 vulnerable people in Alexandra.
